Nobody wants to think about things breaking down and needing repair, but it's a fact of life - things don't last forever. It seems even more true for rental properties. Tenants are hard on everything. If you need something fixed, give us a call. We'll coordinate an appointment with your tenant and get the job done. Repairs to your properties are logged on a site you can access 24/7 showing all pictures associated with the repair along with any associated documents (invoices, estimates, etc.)
Maintenance Plans
We all hope tenants take care of the periodic maintenance items, but in reality they don't. We can set up a customized maintenance plan to ensure the basics are taken care of on a set schedule. From HVAC filters, Water Heater flushes, Irrigation inspections and leak detection, we can set up a custom plan for your property. We recommend including the cost into your monthly rental amount. Neglecting basic maintenance items can result in expensive repairs down the road.
24/7 Emergency Services
Power outages happen. Water Heaters leak. Pipes burst. Windows break and break-ins happen. Life happens, unfortunately it always seems to happen late at night or on a weekend - never at 9am on a Tuesday. If an emergency repair at night or on a weekend is needed, we are here to assist. All our Property Manager clients have a number they can reach us after hours. We're here to make sure that you don't have to be.
